1. General information: Rebel USA Threads is an online retailer of apparel and accessories. All products are made to order and fulfilled by third-party production partners.
2. Orders and acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or other concerns. Confirmation of your order does not guarantee acceptance.
3. Product descriptions: We make every effort to display products accurately. Colors, sizes, and measurements may vary slightly due to monitor settings or manufacturing processes. All product images are for illustrative purposes only.
4. Payment: Payment must be made at the time of order via accepted methods listed on the website. We reserve the right to cancel orders where payment cannot be verified or processed.
5. Shipping and delivery: All shipping times are estimates and may vary due to production, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays, lost, or stolen shipments once the carrier marks the order as delivered.
6. Returns, refunds, and exchanges: Not all items are eligible for return, as outlined in our Return Policy. No exchanges are permitted under any circumstances. We reserve the right to deny any return or refund request that does not meet the stated conditions. Refunds, if approved, will be issued according to the method of payment used at purchase.
7. Intellectual property: All content on this website, including logos, designs, text, graphics, images, and code, is the property of Rebel USA Threads or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Product use and safety: You are responsible for using our products in a lawful and safe manner. Rebel USA Threads is not responsible for misuse, improper care, or modifications of products. Do not use any product in a way that could cause harm to persons or property.
10. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rebel USA Threads, its officers, owners, affiliates, employees, agents, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs, arising out of or related to your use of the website, your violation of these Terms, your breach of any representation or warranty contained in these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
11. Limitation of liability, damage cap, and waiver of certain damages to the fullest extent permitted by law: Neither Rebel USA Threads nor its officers, owners, affiliates, employees, agents, or partners will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of goodwill, loss of use, or business interruption, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. You expressly waive any claim for punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages to the maximum extent permitted by law. 1. Mandatory arbitration, waiver of jury trial, and small claims carve-out- Except as otherwise provided below, you and Rebel USA Threads agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, products, or any related service, shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association, under the Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect, and held in Collin County Texas. The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. By agreeing to arbitration, you and Rebel USA Threads are each waiving the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in a class, consolidated, or representative action 2. Claims valued at or under ten thousand dollars ($10,000) may be brought in small claims court in the county where you reside or in Collin County Texas, at your option, and are not subject to arbitration. The arbitrator may award the prevailing party its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs if permitted by applicable law.
13. Class action waiver and individual claims only To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Rebel USA Threads agree that any arbitration or court claim shall be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a class action, private attorney general action, or other representative action. You expressly waive the right to bring claims on behalf of other persons.
14. Attorneys’ fees and costs If Rebel USA Threads prevails in any lawsuit, arbitration, or other legal action to enforce these Terms, we may recover reasonable attorneys’ fees, arbitration costs, and other related costs from you to the extent permitted by law. Conversely, if you prevail and the arbitrator or court so orders, you may be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees.
15. Governing law and venue These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Except for disputes subject to arbitration under these Terms, you agree that the exclusive venue for any claim not subject to arbitration shall be the state and federal courts located in [your county, Texas], and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
16. No class, collective, representative claims, and no injunctive relief except limited circumstances. You agree not to pursue class, collective, or representative claims of any type. Any request for injunctive relief will be considered only to the extent necessary to prevent irreparable harm, and only after good faith attempts to resolve the dispute through informal dispute resolution or arbitration.
17. Force majeure Rebel USA Threads will not be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, strikes, delays by production partners or carriers, or other “force majeure” events.
18. Notices- Notices to you may be provided via email, posted on the website, or by regular mail to the address you provided. Notices to Rebel USA Threads must be sent to rebelusathreads@gmail.com, or to any other address we specify.
19. Electronic communications and records- By using the website, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, via email or posting on the website. These communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
20. Age restrictions and purchases by minors You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or accept these Terms. If you are under 18, you may use the website only with involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
21. Refunds for payment disputes and chargebacks- If you initiate a chargeback or other payment dispute with your bank without first contacting us, we may contest the dispute and seek any and all remedies available to us, including recovering our costs and attorney fees. Repeated chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in account termination and legal action.
22. Severability and enforceability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be struck to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. If a court refuses to enforce the class action waiver or arbitration clause in full, then that portion will be severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of the Terms will remain enforceable.
23. Waiver- Our failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms will not be a waiver of that right or provision.
24. Changes to Terms- We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting the new Terms on the website and updating the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
