Processing Time Orders- Typically take 2–7 business days to be processed, printed, and prepared for shipment. Processing time may vary depending on product type, order volume, and seasonal demand. 

Shipping Time- Once your order has shipped, delivery times are generally: • United States: 3–10 business days • International Orders: 7–21 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Multiple Shipments- If you order multiple items, they may arrive separately. We partner with multiple fulfillment centers to get your order to you as efficiently as possible. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on product weight, destination, and shipping method selected.

Delays Occasional- Shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.

Lost or Stolen Packages- Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly or email us at ebelusathreads@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Incorrect Address- Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders sent to the wrong address cannot be reshipped or refunded once delivered.
