Damaged or Defective Items- If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Incorrect Orders If you receive the wrong item, color, or size due to a fulfillment error, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll correct the mistake as quickly as possible.

Returns for Other Reasons- Because each item is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or not liking the fit or color. Please review our size guides carefully before placing your order.

Return Shipping- If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to proceed. In most cases, you won’t need to ship the item back unless requested by our production partner.
